Professional tool re-grinding can maintain used tools at the highest standard during the life of cutting tools. At RHC Tooling we have a team of fully skilled craftsmen who are experts in all aspects of tool re-grinding, inclusive of re-tipping, and modifying existing or donor tools. As we also manufacture high quality cutting tools from both solid carbide and HSS we fully understand the requirements.

Quality tool re-grinding will not only dramatically improve the cutting edge of worn tooling at a fraction of the cost of purchasing new, but allows continued use of tools which may have traditionally been scrapped.

Our extensive workshops contain many of the traditional machines associated with tool regrinding as well as several new CNC re-grinders.

RHC Tooling ensures all tools will undergo a rigorous inspection upon entry to our system and will undergo further quality tests prior to final inspection and despatch.
